The primary focus of this class will be to understand how the church of Christ functions in the form of different ministries and to discover the abilities God has given each of us to help grow individually and as a congregation. The discussion willamong other things include being a part of a growing body, leadership, respecting diversity, dealing with conflict resolution, and handling change.
