Genesis is more than just stories about God’s interaction with ancient human beings before the time of Moses, but it also sets the stage for God’s dealings with all people of all times. Genesis presents a worldview by which the rest of the Bible should be understood. It contains inspired stories that help us make sense of our own lives, today.
In a general survey of Genesis, we will look at different stories of God’s manifestations and workings in people’s lives. From which, we will glean some theological and practical truths for our lives today.
