The intent of the class is to help each of us to think through some of the questions people may come up with as excuses for not believing in God. Just answering one question will likely not convert a person, but it is a beginning point for additional respectful discussion. The objective of the class is to understand the questions and to give biblical answers.
The world we live in is often both skeptical and critical about people who believe in God, Jesus Christ, and the Bible. This is why each Christian needs to “…be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect,” (1 Peter 3:15).
