Like the early Christians, we live in a diverse community of people who have many different worldviews. They knew their neighbors. To interact with people in a Christian way, we need to both understand our own Christian faith but also know some basics about other’s religious belief systems. This will help us to respectfully, caringly, and wisely share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with our neighbors. In this class we will briefly discuss a few of the major world religions; including where they began, beliefs, writings, and their influence in the world. Then we’ll make some suggestions on how to effectively communicate our faith in Jesus Christ.
